Occupancy at Westcott had been running at a rate of 95% for some time, this, coupled with the lack of grade A space in the region prompted the owners to move forward with a new speculative development scheme at the Park. Construction for Phase I of the development was completed in August 2015 and all seven units were fully let in just over a year after practical completion. Over 80% of Phase II was let within three months of completion.
