Exclusive to owners, directors and senior managers of manufacturing / engineering / assembly or production-based businesses in Buckinghamshire, the Growth Advice Service has introduced a new specialised support specifically for these types of businesses. This support helps to achieve sustainable positive results through a combination of over 12 hours of support, specifically tailored to the needs of manufacturing business over several months. It offers 1-2-1 time with an operational efficiency adviser and exclusive seminars and interactive sessions covering the key areas of LEAN manufacturing principals, adding value with reducing waste and driving efficiencies in production, plus sessions on supply chain challenges and getting the best from a production team.

The Growth Advice Service is fully funded and is suitable for manufacturing / engineering/ production-based businesses with at least two people, who have a minimum turnover of £100,000, but most importantly have an aspiration to grow the business.
