Innovative autonomous drone start-up Flare Bright, has been selected for the ADS Group Ltd annual Security Innovation Award.
Flare Bright is one of six finalists chosen by a panel of government officials and senior industry representatives. This year, the panel selected its finalists from among "one of the highest" number of submissions in recent years, said Dr Brian Hampson - Head of Capability Engagement at ADS.
The award acknowledges the innovative solutions and services of UK companies, particularly companies capable of aiding the effectiveness of security services to assess and respond to risks and incidents.
The winner of the ADS Security Innovation Award will be announced at the UK Home Office Security and Policing Show on March 9th. The event offers visitors the opportunity to discover new innovations, products and services which respond to security challenges. Visitors have the opportunity to connect with exhibitors and each-other through instant messaging, video calls, and virtual networking lounges.
