Office Manager / Finance Administrator

We’re looking for a full-time Office Manager / Finance Admin to work closely with the COO, CEO and Finance Team in order to balance existing and future work and constantly improve company efficiency, particularly during growth. We need assistance in running the operation smoothly and ensuring that the Directors and team are properly supported.
Public Relations and Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Public Relations and Communications Manager to lead Flare Bright’s comms, PR and events. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with our Business Development Manager and CEO. You will be responsible for writing content for Flare Bright’s communication channels and generating links with media. You will also be the lead organiser for conferences, trade shows and demonstration days. This role will likely extend to marketing tasks but will be heavily focused on comms and PR. Flare Bright has a large focus on the defence industry and you must have an interest in drone technology and understand the value of a strong defence industry to protect a nation.
Business Development Manager

Salary: £40-50k depending on experience
Having secured several grants and contracts, with InnovateUK, DASA, the MOD and US DoD (and a couple of Primes), we are looking to accelerate the business we win. We have good relationships with most of the Primes (we were on Boeing’s Aerospace Xelerated programme earlier this year, as an example) but we need more coverage of these customers and with the different Front-Line Commands and key Emergency Services in the UK and abroad. This is a relationship role with a technical aspect, and the key part is matching user needs with Flare Bright’s capabilities and bringing these to the bid writing and contracting stage (you will work closely and “hand off” to our existing Business Development Bid Writer). This role is very customer-focused and covers opportunity spotting and would suit someone already well versed and well connected in the aerospace, defence, and drone world - with a view of promoting our capabilities in other drones and systems. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with our Business Development Manager and CEO.
