The FedEx facility at Westcott consolidated the Bicester and Aylesbury depots under one roof and was designed to maximize operational efficiency with 25 loading bay doors and a central conveyor system.
The construction of Phase 1 and 2 of a new flagship development comprising three buildings totalling 37,114 sq ft of mixed-use space.
The construction of new 13,250 sq ft clear span single storey industrial unit with associated yard and parking areas.
