Due to rapid business expansion, Green Retreats required a dedicated building in which to display examples of its garden office in order to release space in its manufacturing facility. The company has expanded into a new showroom facility adjacent to its existing facility at Hangar 4 where they occupy 30,000 sq ft. Green Retreats is looking to further expand its operations at Westcott.

We are actually building a campus here and we couldn’t have done that anywhere else. We aim to grow 20% year on year and luckily there’s is plenty of room for expansion at Westcott to accommodate this growth. We feel good about the future and about being part of the Westcott family.
