The nine and a half acres of open storage space let quickly thanks to the acute lack of supply in the area. Portakabin agreed a 10-year lease on four acres which is now used as the company’s regional distribution, sales and repair store. Baldwins agreed a five-year lease on one and a half acres and Mobile Mini agreed a 10-year lease on four acres. Westcott is particularly suited to open storage due to its 24-hour access and security provision.
The construction of Phase 1 and 2 of a new flagship development comprising three buildings totalling 37,114 sq ft of mixed-use space.
The construction of new 13,250 sq ft clear span single storey industrial unit with associated yard and parking areas.
