Portakabin agreed a 10-year lease on four acres which is now used as the company’s regional distribution, sales and repair store. Baldwins agreed a five-year lease on one and a half acres and Mobile Mini agreed a 10-year lease on four acres. Westcott is particularly suited to open storage due to its 24-hour access and security provision.
